Yes, you can get your website for free at WordPress, Wix etc, but in that case you can not get domain of your choice. Connecting the domain is not allowed in free plan!
Let’s say you have chose domain name as Mobirev (abbreviation of MOBIle REView, just for example), your domain at wordpress.com will be like Mobirev.wordpress.com. If this will not be available, then it will provide something like mobirev001.wordpress.com.
Is this kind of first impression of your website will rightly represent your brand?

Secondly, you can not monetize the free site. Ads will be shown on it by provider, once you get enough traffic. In order to get the benefit of monetization, you have to buy a plan.
